Meet the Founders – The Visionaries Behind Lagoo Apte
Mr. Chandrashekhar Anil Apte
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a sharp business acumen, Mr. Chandrashekhar Apte brings a dynamic edge to Lagoo Apte. Born and raised in Pune, he began his career in the Fly Ash brick manufacturing industry, where he gained invaluable insights into construction materials and processes.
His journey into real estate was driven by a deeper passion – to shape the skyline of his city. For the past 12 years, he has been instrumental in steering Lagoo Apte’s business strategies, overseeing critical verticals like Finance, Legal Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Administration. Known for his integrity, diligence, and people-first leadership, Mr. Apte ensures that every Lagoo Apte project aligns with the company’s core values and long-term vision.
Mr. Vikas Hari Lagoo
An accomplished civil engineer with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the field, Mr. Vikas Lagoo brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction. Raised in Sangli and rooted in strong academic foundations, his expertise spans across planning, project execution, and construction management.
At Lagoo Apte, Mr. Lagoo takes complete ownership of the technical side of operations – from ideation and design to on-ground execution and final delivery. Known for his eye for detail, innovative mindset, and uncompromising quality standards, he has played a pivotal role in turning blueprints into reality.
Together, with their complementary strengths make Lagoo Apte a company that is as technically sound as it is ethically grounded.
